Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product quality does not match description
  • Packaging is tampered or broken

Note: Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email or phone
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Share photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
  4. Our team will review and approve eligible returns
  5. We'll arrange pickup at no additional cost

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • For COD orders, refund will be via bank transfer (account details required)
  • You will receive an email confirmation once refund is processed

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Different weight/quantity received

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost after verifying the issue.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products with opened or broken seals
  • Products past the return window (7 days)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products purchased during special sales (unless defective)

6. Shipping Costs

For eligible returns due to product defects or our error, we will cover all return shipping costs. For returns due to customer preference (if approved), the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

7. Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. All cashews, cardamom, and pepper are:

  • Sourced directly from trusted farmers
  • Thoroughly inspected before packaging
  • Packed in airtight, food-grade containers
  • Fresh with proper shelf life indicated

8. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it is shipped at no charge. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may return the product as per our return policy.
