Cultivation

Sustainable farming practices

Our journey begins in carefully maintained farms across Panruti and Idukki. We employ sustainable farming techniques that respect the environment while ensuring optimal growing conditions. Our farmers use organic fertilizers and natural pest control methods to cultivate cashews, cardamom, and pepper in nutrient-rich soil under ideal climatic conditions.

Harvesting

Peak season selection

Timing is everything when it comes to harvesting. Our experienced farmers carefully monitor each crop to determine the perfect moment for harvest. Cashews are picked during mid-April when they reach peak maturity, while cardamom and pepper are harvested at their aromatic prime, ensuring maximum flavor and nutritional value in every batch.

Processing

Traditional methods

We combine time-honored traditional techniques with modern food safety standards. Raw cashews undergo steam boiling for 20-30 minutes to soften shells while preserving kernel quality. Cardamom and pepper are sun-dried using traditional methods that enhance their natural flavors and aromas, followed by careful sorting and grading to maintain consistency.

Rigorous standards

Every product passes through multiple quality control checkpoints. Our team inspects for size, color, moisture content, and overall quality. We follow FSSAI regulations and HACCP food safety practices, ensuring that only premium-grade products make it through. Cashews are graded as W180, W240, W320, or W450 based on size and quality specifications.

We use food-grade packaging materials designed to lock in freshness and protect our products from moisture and contamination. Each package is sealed in a controlled environment to maintain optimal quality.
